I am over the moon with the closets designed and installed by Custom Closets by Joffe . Colyn was nothing short of amazing. He was meticulous, did accurate measurements and provided a myriad of recommendations for my closets. There was no rushing, and I appreciated him taking the time to talk to me about my needs and finding the right solution for my new closets. The quote was provided immediately and followed up with a call. The installation was completed on time, as Colyn had promised. He spent over 8 hours to complete installation and made sure everything was done to his (and my) satisfaction. At the end of the day Colyn exceeded my expectations and I strongly recommend his custom service.

Custom Closets by Joffe was by far my favorite to work with throughout the process of building a home! Colyn built a wall to wall bookshelf for my office and it is what gets the most compliments by visitors. He listened to the details of what I envisioned and then made it come to life. I would absolutely recommend him for any project his business could assist with!

10/10, HIGHLY recommend!!!

Our experience with Louisville Custom Closets was second-to-none. Colyn worked with us tirelessly to make sure every space was optimized, every shelf was tall enough, and that every need was met.

Colyn personally oversaw (and took part in!) the installation process. When we had questions, they were addressed. When we texted questions outside of work hours, he responded promptly, politely, and with detailed answers.

In one case, my wife and I had noticed a very small detail that seemed out of place *after the job completed and paid for*. Colyn promptly scheduled time to come out and fix the detail himself, free of charge, to our liking.

FWIW, many of our home's closets are standard, but one closet needed to be custom built to hold and organize 110 Indian sarees. Colyn personally designed, engineered, planned, and built a 10 ft. tall free-standing closet -- with drawers! -- to exactly fit our needs. To date, each closet Colyn has built has remained unshakably sturdy!
